GLAMAZINGWhether you are considering definition, volume or balance, start with a conversation about the shape of your lips and the look you would like to keep.

Lip filler uses an injectable product to adjust lip volume or contour. A plan considers the lip border, proportions, existing filler and how your lips look at rest and in movement.
Discuss the outline of your lips and the areas you want to refine.
Talk through asymmetry and the relationship between your upper and lower lip.
Choose an approach that respects the features you already like.
Lip volume is usually discussed with a hyaluronic acid gel. A suitable formulation balances flexibility, definition and your existing shape; a firm facial contouring gel is not automatically appropriate for lips.
We review lip-suitable options in our Revanesse and Restylane ranges. The complete product name, its intended use and the proposed change are explained before treatment. Sculptra is a separate PLLA approach, not a lip filler.

No. Early swelling can make your lips look fuller than the settled result. Allow around 3–5 days for the initial recovery period; swelling and bruising can sometimes last up to two weeks, and the final shape may take longer to settle. Do not judge the final size on treatment day. Severe or worsening pain, pale skin or vision changes need immediate medical attention. Contact the clinic promptly about swelling that is worsening rather than settling.
A gentle cold compress can help with swelling; avoid pressure and do not place ice directly on the skin. Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive heat, such as a sauna, for the first 24 hours. Do not massage the lips unless specifically instructed, and follow the aftercare provided for your product.
Yes. Filler that remains in the lips can affect their volume, shape and the amount needed for a new treatment. Adding more is not always the right approach. Tell us when and where you were treated, and bring the product name if you know it.
Swelling and bruising can occur; infection, nodules and rare vascular complications are also possible. Unusual pain, skin blanching or vision changes require immediate medical attention. Your practitioner explains the product-specific risks and aftercare before treatment.
